About Me - Michael Monozon

Michael has a long, distinguished career in real estate in excess of 36 years. He has extensive management skills in running and implementing business programs, motivating employees, and developing and increasing market share. He has strong problem solving abilities with extremely creative visions. He is reliable and quick to assume responsibility. Michael has served as President of the Association of Realtors and a director of the California Association of Realtors. He co-authored The Book of Real Estate Clauses, published in 1990, and is known for having trained many of today's superstars in real estate. He has been recognized three times as "Realtor of the Year" (the only person so honored).

He has been training agents for over 20 years, from new agents getting into the real estate business, to experienced agents seeking to get additional skills in order to grow their business. He is an excellent communicator who prides himself on assisting agents to become extremely successful.

Michael has been at the helm of the company since 1974 and his leadership helped create the current Prudential California Realty in San Bruno. The business model he created was to be a large, single regional office, housing all agents and support staff servicing clients throughout the greater Bay Area. The synergy created by this vision enabled the company to become the largest single office company in the Bay Area.

Working at Prudential California Realty is an extremely rewarding experience for an agent since the company is built around high integrity and strong values. Michael, his business partners and the whole management team strives to have an open, continuous communication, which enables everyone to perform at their optimum levels.

His leadership capabilities have enabled the company to be envied and copied by friends and competitors alike. His creativity has lead to the creation of the two "mall" real estate kiosks, at The Shops at Tanforan and Serramonte Shopping Center. This unique concept allows agents and potential customers to meet at a neutral location to review real estate opportunities together.
